Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' physical function. Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with facility policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Work Mon-Fri with some Saturdays at Indigo Hall Senior Living in Charleston, SC. Requires current state PT licensure and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Current, valid state PT licensure or certification
- Current valid CPR certification
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- 0-1 years experience
