Physical Therapist (PT)

Provide home-based physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality due to illness or injury. Conduct assessments, document progress, and modify care plans while assisting patients with exercises and hands-on therapy to manage pain and increase mobility. Educate patients on their plan of care and coach families on safely assisting with exercises. Work as part of a home health team focused on the patient's plan of care and goals. Earn $70-$80 per hour plus mileage with a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio. Requires a CA active PT license, one year of experience, and CPR certification.
