Physical Therapist / PT

Provide home-based therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality due to illness or injury. Conduct assessments, document progress, and modify care plans while assisting patients with exercises and hands-on therapy to manage pain and increase mobility. Educate patients and families on their plan of care, established goals, and safely assisting with exercises. This role requires a Virginia-licensed Physical Therapist with a maximum of two years of experience, ideally in home healthcare, and current CPR certification. Candidates must possess knowledge of state and federal home health regulations, strong clinical judgment, and a valid driver's license. The position offers a salary of $90,000 to $110,000 annually or $70.00 to $110.00 per visit (PRN), with 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratios and flexible assignments.
