Job Summary
Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in Balch Springs and Dallas by evaluating mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals. Required Qualifications
- Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
