Job Summary
Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in The Villages and surrounding areas. Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals; implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs; educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care; maintain Medicare/compliance-focused documentation per agency standards. Requires active PT license and BLS CPR; reliable transportation; comfortable with technology. Compensation is per-visit with a range of $65-$80 per visit, with flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and tools provided. Required Qualifications
- Active physical therapy license (PT) in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
