Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to develop and revise therapeutic treatment plans. Deliver direct physical therapy interventions daily to outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics, and off-site clients while providing instruction to patients and families. Supervise physical therapist assistants, maintain accurate electronic medical records, and ensure compliance with departmental policies and safety standards. Maintain productivity levels without compromising care quality.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice or meet all qualifications for traineeship or temporary license in the state of current practice
- BLS Basic Life Support
- 2 years of experience in equivalent setting
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days for BSMH, required at hire for RSFH)
