Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to develop and revise treatment plans for outpatients, inpatients, pediatrics, and off-site clients. Deliver daily direct therapy following established plans of care while instructing patients and families in therapeutic procedures. Maintain accurate electronic medical records documenting care, coordination, and progress, and provide timely co-signatures for physical therapist assistants. Supervise assistant interventions and professional growth while ensuring productivity meets departmental standards. Adhere to safety, infection control, and timecard policies, including all required education and compliance training.
