Job Summary
Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, independent self-care, and daily living skills. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services while teaching families and health care teams. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip and Knee Replacement under physician orders and Branch Director supervision. This part-time salaried role requires 24 hours weekly over four days with eligibility for a 60% paid days off program. Must hold a valid state license and possess a driver's license with automobile liability insurance.
Required Qualifications
