Job Summary
In-home Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health PT services in Mission Viejo, CA. Responsibilities include performing home health PT evaluations, developing care plans, providing therapeutic treatment, instructing patients and caregivers, monitoring progress, reporting changes to physicians, participating in discharge planning and interdisciplinary case conferences, and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants per state regulations. Requirements include a California Physical Therapy license, 2+ years of PT experience (home health preferred), CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle. Compensation includes per-visit pay, drive-time pay, mileage reimbursement, productivity and documentation bonuses, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for specialization and career advancement.
