Job Summary
Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Implement Specialty Programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement to address specific patient needs. Maintain current therapy practice skills while holding a valid state license and driver's license. This role supports Enhabit Home Health & Hospice's mission to deliver exceptional care in the home through a collaborative culture.
Required Qualifications
- Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of employment
- Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
