Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - PRN

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Implement Specialty Programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement to address specific patient needs. Maintain current therapy practice skills, hold a valid state license, and possess a driver's license with automobile liability insurance. One year of clinical experience is preferred.
