Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - PRN

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Implement Specialty Programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement to assist physically challenged individuals. Maintain current therapy practice skills and hold a valid state driver's license with automobile liability insurance. Requires current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of employment; one year of clinical experience preferred.
