Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - PRN

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Utilize Specialty Programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement to address specific patient needs. Maintain current therapy practice skills and hold a valid state driver's license with automobile liability insurance. Requires current PT licensure in the state of employment, with one year of clinical experience preferred.
