Job Summary
Conduct home-based physical therapy for pediatric and adult clients across Colorado, focusing on developmental skills, sensory regulation, adaptive strategies, and functional training to enhance independence. Manage caseloads of adults and/or pediatrics while providing play-based learning for children and strengthening and coordination exercises for adults. Deliver therapy in natural home environments to support recovery after illness or injury, utilizing an iPad for electronic documentation. Work with flexible scheduling options, including full-time (20 visits/week) or part-time arrangements, with 24/7 on-call support and clinical leadership backing. Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current CPR certification
