Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Part Time - Exempt

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach families and other health care team members. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. Perform all services in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care under the direction of the Branch Director. This part-time salaried role requires 24 hours per week over four days with eligibility for a 60% paid days off program.
