Provide 45 minutes of top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes by assessing physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy to help patients achieve goals and improve quality of life. Maintain responsive communication through messaging and ensure timely documentation completion. Set your pay rate, coverage area, and schedule while accepting patients that fit your needs. Requires an active California PT license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and business license. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist experience
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently
- Responsive and timely communication through messaging
- Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance
- A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years
- Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type
- Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license
