Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for Home Health in Monterey, CA. Provide in-home PT services with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, delivering hands-on therapy, gait and prosthetic training, documenting progress, collaborating with the care team, continuing education, and educating patients and caregivers. Requires CA PT license, Doctorate or Master's in PT, 1+ year home health experience preferred, CPR, driving transport, and strong communication skills. Visa sponsorship available; relocation assistance offered; sign-on bonus included. Competitive hourly rate starting at $70/hour (DOE) with $5,000 sign-on; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in California
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of one year of PT experience (home health experience preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle in good working condition
