Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Full Time

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Administer skilled intermittent care under physician orders and the established plan of care, specifically within Specialty Programs for Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. Teach families and other health care team members necessary skills for daily living. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation suitable for all weather conditions while driving safely.
