Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Full Time

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent services under the direction of the Branch Director, strictly following physician orders and established plans of care. Teach families and other health care team members necessary skills for daily living. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip and Knee Replacement services. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation in good working condition, wearing seatbelts at all times while driving in all weather conditions. Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
