Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Full Time

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services under the direction of the Branch Director, adhering to physician orders and established care plans. Teach families and other health care team members necessary skills for daily living. Deliver specialty program services including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation in good working condition. Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
