Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Full Time

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using modalities to improve mobility, independent self-care, and daily living skills. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach families and health care teams. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. Perform all services in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care under Branch Director supervision. Maintain a valid state license, driver's license, and automobile liability insurance. Operate a dependable vehicle in all weather conditions while wearing seatbelts at all times.
