Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Full Time

Physical Therapists examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities to improve mobility and daily living skills. Provide skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services under physician orders and the established plan of care, with supervision by the Branch Director. Specialized programs include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Program, and Total Shoulder Replacement Program. Educate families and other health-care team members as part of the plan of care.
