Job Summary
Physical Therapists in home health examine and treat patients to improve mobility and daily living skills, administer skilled care under physician orders and branch supervision, and educate families. Programs include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement, with responsibilities to deliver compliant care in the patient’s home and collaborate with the health care team.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Must possess automobile liability insurance
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment
