Job Summary
Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach families and health care teams. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip and Knee Replacement. Perform all services in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care under Branch Director supervision. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation for all driving duties. Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
