Job Summary
Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent services under physician orders and the established plan of care, while teaching families and healthcare teams. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip and Knee Replacement. Operate with a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance, wearing seatbelts at all times while driving in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
