Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one patient care and patient/family teaching in the home setting. Assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities. Work directly with patients in their homes across Cobb, Cherokee, North Fulton, and Cumming counties. Earn per visit rates between $70 and $160 with a flexible schedule. Maintain current state licensure, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) state license within the state of practice
- Current CPR certification

- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
