Perform patient evaluations and assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to adjust care as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and exercises while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and completing required clinical documentation. Patient populations may include orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation, spinal cord injury support, brain injury recovery, long-term care residents, and geriatric patients.
