Perform patient evaluations and assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to adjust care as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and exercises while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Complete required clinical documentation for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical recovery cases, as well as support for spinal cord and brain injury patients, long-term care residents, and geriatric populations.
