Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health & Facility Opportunities

Perform patient evaluations and assessments, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical populations. Monitor patient progress, adjust care as needed, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and exercises. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and complete required clinical documentation across home health and facility settings. Opportunities include one-on-one care in patients' homes, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling for PRN, part-time, or full-time roles are available throughout the Denver Metro Area.
