Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health & Facility Opportunities

Perform patient evaluations and assessments, then develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation cases. Monitor patient progress to adjust care as needed while educating patients and caregivers on treatment goals and exercises. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and complete required clinical documentation across home health and facility-based settings including skilled nursing and long-term care. This Colorado-licensed role offers flexible PRN, part-time, and full-time scheduling with weekly pay and competitive compensation throughout the Denver Metro Area.
