Perform patient evaluations and assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress while adjusting care as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and exercises, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and complete required clinical documentation. Assignments include orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation across home health, skilled nursing, and long-term care settings in the Denver Metro Area. Weekly pay and flexible scheduling options are available for PRN, part-time, and full-time roles.
