Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health

Conduct physical therapy for patients with impairments using modalities to improve mobility, independent self-care, and daily living skills. Administer skilled intermittent care under physician orders and the established plan of care, directing family and health care teams. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation for all weather conditions while supervising care through the Branch Director.
