Job Summary
Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, independent self-care, and daily living skills. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services while teaching families and the health care team. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip and Knee Replacement. Operate under the direction of the Branch Director in accordance with physician orders and established care plans. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation for all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
