Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health

Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility, function, and independent self-care. Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services while teaching families and health care teams. Deliver specialty programs including Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and Total Hip and Knee Replacement. Perform all services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care under the direction of the Branch Director. Requires current state licensure, valid driver's license, and automobile liability insurance.
