Job Summary
Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility and daily-function. Provides skilled care under physician orders and plan of care, delivering services in-home and teaching family and care-team members. Works with programs focused on Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement; collaborates with the Branch Director for supervision and coordination of care.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Must possess automobile liability insurance
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment
