Job Summary
Deliver physical therapy services in home health across Oakland/Alameda (East Bay) focusing on patient care. The clinician will work full-time with company support, including dedicated scheduling, clinical coordination, authorization/DM support, AI-assisted documentation, and route planning to maximize productive visits. Responsibilities emphasize patient care over paperwork, with a guaranteed full-time eight-hour day, a company vehicle available, and bonus opportunities (sign-on and performance bonuses). Requires active California Physical Therapist License and a valid drivers license. Home health experience is preferred but not required. Benefits are provided as part of a full benefits package.
