Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services to children in the Early Intervention program, including home and center settings. Perform evaluations and assessments, track child progress, and deliver services mandated in the IFSP. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support individual goals. Complete documentation and progress notes while assisting with functional mobility, orientation, safety directives, and exercises. Earn USD $70.00 - USD $75.00 per hour. This role is part of Metro Therapy, Inc., a Powerback Pediatrics company serving pediatric populations in Long Island and New York City.
Required Qualifications
- valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- qualifying degree in Physical Therapy
- DOH approval
