Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) for Early Childhood Pediatric population (birth-5) in Goshen, Wappinger, Sugar Loaf, and Ulster County, NY. Work with children through Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education programs, participating in evaluation, direct therapy, progress monitoring, and family education in child-directed play within a collaborative team. Roles may be part-time or full-time with bilingual candidates encouraged. Requires NY licensure/certification in Physical Therapy, strong documentation skills (EMR), and ability to work with families across diverse settings. Responsibilities include evaluating and adjusting treatment plans, recording evaluations and progress, and ensuring compliance with state laws/regulations governing EI and CPSE/CSE. Required Qualifications
- Current New York State Licensure and/or Certification in Physical Therapy
- Knowledge of MS Word and comfortable with working with computer systems
- Valid Driver’s License
- Early Childhood Experience
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
