Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments evaluating mobility, strength, and flexibility. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education on posture and body mechanics to enhance functionality and alleviate pain. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans while collaborating with healthcare providers in multidisciplinary team meetings. Work in a 145-bed Skilled Nursing Facility offering 24/7 long-term care and short-term rehab services. Earn $68–$72/hour for full-time roles or $75–$78/hour for PRN shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to lift and assist patients as needed
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to perform physical tasks related to therapy
