Physical Therapist (PT) - Health Coverage

Evaluate and assess patients' functional status, mobility, strength, and rehabilitation potential, then develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians. Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, balance, and independence while documenting progress accurately within the EMR. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with state guidelines and support safe transitions of care and discharge planning. Partner closely with nurses and physicians to ensure coordinated patient-centered care across Orange and Osceola Counties. Requires current PT license, 1–2 years of experience, and valid driver's license.
