Job Summary
Full-time Physical Therapist position in Harrisonburg, VA providing evaluation of residents, development of treatment plans, and approval for services by the referring physician; completes discharge planning, records evaluation and charges; supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides; screens residents for PT intervention; part of an in-house rehab team (PT/OT/ST) in a state-of-the-art rehab gym; includes a $10,000 retention bonus; must hold a Virginia Physical Therapy License or be a graduate from an approved PT program and actively working toward licensure; benefits include health/dental insurance, PTO, holidays pay, and 401k with company match.
