Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) in a full-time role at Life Care Centers of America facilities (SNFs) providing long-term skilled rehab and short-term sub-acute care. Responsibilities include following established PT treatment plans, establishing and adjusting functional goals, supervising PTAs and rehab staff, timely charting, using therapy software, delivering excellent patient-centered care, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining professional conduct and confidentiality. Must maintain licensure and apply clinical knowledge to post-acute population with varied orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary needs. Eligible for sign-on bonus and benefits; new grads welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT)
- Current state license in good standing
- CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation)
- One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
