Complete patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy interventions based on clinical best practices. Guide patients through progressive recovery while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to set shared goals and ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility strategies, and safety, and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants involved in patient care. Maintain documentation in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and PAM Health policies. This full-time role offers a rehabilitation hospital setting distinct from high-volume clinics, allowing for deep patient understanding and mentorship opportunities for new grads.
