Job Summary
Conduct orthopedic and functional physical therapy examinations to identify movement restrictions and establish measurable rehabilitation goals. Create patient-specific treatment plans and deliver therapeutic exercises addressing strength, mobility, range of motion, and movement deficits. Track clinical outcomes throughout the plan of care, modifying treatment based on progress and functional ability. Prepare clear clinical documentation and provide patients with home exercise strategies. Work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a manageable pace of one to two patients per hour. Requires Florida licensure and prior outpatient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MSPT
- Prior outpatient PT experience
- Familiarity with orthopedic rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions
- Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient caseload
