Job Summary
PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with Life Care standards, including establishing and modifying functional goals, supervising PTAs and rehab staff, charting, using therapy software, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support long-term and short-term rehabilitation across orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs. Requires licensure in state, completion of an accredited PT program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT), CPR certification, and strong clinical and communication skills; schedule Mon-Fri with flexible hours and a sign-on bonus opportunity, and opportunities for career advancement within Life Care Centers of America SNFs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State and maintain active license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation (current during employment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
