Job Summary
Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of conditions while assessing and monitoring their progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes and educate patients and families on treatment plans and functional goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patient interactions. This role offers a 13-week contract option with a permanent placement alternative at a skilled nursing facility, featuring excellent pay including housing and travel stipends. New grads are welcome, and candidates must hold an active PT license, current BLS/CPR certification, and a physical stating fit for duty. FullShift Staffing provides dedicated account manager support throughout the assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Passionate physical therapy provider
- Comfortable working in the SNF setting
- Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care
- Active Physical Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Current TB test/results
- Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)
