Job Summary
Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for the older adult population while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a member of the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes. Work flexible hours and weekends, including a Monday and/or Friday schedule with a monthly weekend rotation of either Saturday or Sunday. This role offers mentorship, training, and hands-on experience for new grads within Symbria's 100% employee-owned organization.
Required Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists
- Hold a valid state license
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
- Position is part time of 20-29 hours weekly
- Must be able to work a Monday and/or Friday
- Must be able to work a monthly weekend rotation (either Saturday or Sunday)
Desired Qualifications
- It's great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
