Physical Therapist PT Full Time

Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans for the geriatric population while supervising Physical Therapist Assistants. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as a trusted partner to the community. Act as a member of the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes.
