Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatment plans for residents in swing bed and inpatient rehab settings. Maintain a valid state license and hold a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited program of physical therapy
- Bachelor's of Science Degree
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
