Job Summary
Provide medically prescribed physical therapy services in an outpatient hospital-based setting to evaluate, treat, and restore function, with a focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; deliver one-on-one therapeutic interventions; monitor progress and adjust plans; educate patients and families on recovery goals; document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; maintain regulatory and patient-safety standards. New graduate Physical Therapists are welcome; mentorship, training, and growth opportunities available. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Masters/Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
